Work and experience profile:

1. Candidate should possess minimum 7 - 10 years post qualification experience with large companies especially infrastructural companies.
2. Should have experience in application of accounting standards
3. Should have knowledge and experience of Oracle/ ERP.
4. Should have experience in IFRS

Port operations

(a) Port operations

Academic credentials:

1. Engineering degree in order of preference- Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Electronics
2. MBA with marketing and project economics preferably with port and shipping management ( post graduate diplomas from recognized institutions)

1. Candidate should possess minimum 3 - 5 years port background in non - Major ports (private, captive or commercial ports such as Mundra, Pipavav, Gangavaram, Krishnapattnam , Ennore , Reliance port facility at Jamnagar, Essar port facility at Dahej and Birla port facility at Dahej).
2. Should be able to prepare port business plan for future
3. Should possess port traffic forecast skills ( bulk cargoes , liquid and dry cargoes, containers and chemicals, etc)
4. Should have knowledge of global trend in changes of ship size, ship type and on board technology for cargo handling.
5. Should possess knowledge of primary hinterland industrial development and secondary hinterland expansion of industries and trade served by the port.
6. Should have knowledge of road and railway connectivity and logistic solutions related to them, along with supply chain management that can be created.
7. Should possess knowledge of international and national rules and regulations set forth by important organizations of IMO, IAPH, PIANC, IALA, etc.

(b) Port Operations- Commercial

Academic credentials:

1. Engineering degree in order of preference- Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Electronics
2. MBA with Finance or marketing
3. BE- Electronics/ Electrical preferred

1. Candidate should possess minimum 3 - 5 years port background in non - Major ports (private, captive or commercial ports such as Mundra, Pipavav, Gangavaram, Krishnapattnam , Ennore , Reliance port facility at Jamnagar, Essar port facility at Dahej and Birla port facility at Dahej).
2. Should possess excellent communication skills.
3. Should possess knowledge in railways operating system.
4. Should have expertise in railways demurrage rules.
5. Should be able to do liaisoning with railways officials at different levels.

OHE- Railways

Academic credentials:

1. Electrical engineer from a reputed college with first class career preferred.

1. Candidate should possess minimum 6 - 8 years experience.
2. Should have worked in 132 / 33/ 11 / 6.6 KV switchyard / sub-station.
3. Should be able to co-ordinate with O&M Contractor
4. Should be able to ensure safety checks and prescribed inspection schedule as laid down by Indian Railways.
5. Should be able to darrange procurement of materials and approve the various bills of contractor and suppliers.

Railways Sidings/ Permanent Way

Academic credentials:

1. Civil engineer from a reputed college with first class career preferred.

1. Candidate should possess minimum 6 - 8 years experience.
2. Should be able to co-ordinate with O&M Contractor appointed for maintenance of new permanent way installations including bridges, earthwork and buildings for train operation.
3. Should be able to ensure safety checks and prescribed inspection schedule as laid down by Indian Railways for maintenance of permanent way, bridges and engineering code.
4. Should be able to arrange procurement of materials and approve the various bills of contractor and suppliers
