Commercial Staff - Bhadrak-Dhamra Railway Line
DPCL needs to recruit Commercial staff for commercial activities of the new railway line from Bhadrak - Dhamra Port (62 kms from Bhadrak) after it is commissioned. The line will be handling freight trains between Indian Railways and Port.
Job Role: The functions will include on behalf of DPCL, to perform all commercial activities for releasing incoming rakes and associate with the railway staff for weighment and preparation of Railway Receipts for outgoing traffic, liaison with the Indian Railways for all the commercial activities and keep all records of commercial transactions.
Job Requirements:
1. He should have experience in Railway working for 5 years.
2. He should be a graduate in any discipline.
3. He should have worked as Commercial Supervisor in Control Office/ field in any working railway system.
4. He should have been trained in Railway Institute and should be well conversant with Railways General Rules, Commercial and financial rules for freight trains.

Station Masters - Bhadrak-Dhamra Railway Line
DPCL needs to recruit Railway Station Masters working/ retired for Train Operations of the new railway line from Bhadrak - Dhamra Port (62 kms from Bhadrak) after it is commissioned. The railway line is electrified, with 7 stations provided with Electronic Interlocking and Centralized Traffic Control at Dhamra. The line will be handling freight trains between Indian Railways and Port.
Job Role: The functions of Station Master will include - operating the Centralized Traffic Control system at Dhamra and /or work as controller for the entire section, co-ordinate with East Coast and South Eastern Railways for train operations. He will also be required to provide traffic/maintenance blocks to the contractor(s) employed for maintenance of permanent way, bridges, maintenance of signaling and telecommunication installations. He will be required to control the movement of shunting diesel locomotives in the port bulb from Dhamra for unloading and loading operations.
Job Requirements:
1. He should have experience in Railway working for 5 years.
2. He should have worked as Station Master at a station or as Controller in Control Office in any working railway system and should be well conversant with operations of Panel Interlocking or Route Relay Interlocking or Electronic Interlocking systems.
3. He should have been trained in Railway Institute and should be well conversant with Railways General Rules, Operational Manual and all aspects of train safety.
