Connectivity:
The port has acquired a 125 meter wide corridor from Bhadrak to Dhamra which can accommodate two rail tracks, a four lane road and service lines such as transmission lines and pipe lines. During Phase-I, single track rail connectivity is being constructed with an exchange yard at Bhadrak and terminal yard at Dhamra, beside two intermediate stations. The railway system which will be operated by Indian Railways shall have GPS based signaling system and creep controlled engines for in-motion loading.
